Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 15, 2026
1. Introduction
TYMZH (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you interact with our websites (including tymzh.net), software, professional services, and our mobile apps and games (collectively, the “Services”), including but not limited to games published under our developer accounts on Google Play and the App Store.
By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to:
- Visitors to our websites and online platforms;
- Clients and partners using our software and AI / consulting services;
- Players using our mobile apps and games, including ad-supported games.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide to us
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as:
- Contact details (name, email address, phone number);
- Company information and project requirements when you work with us;
- Billing and payment-related information where applicable;
- Support communications and feedback.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you use our websites or Services, we may automatically collect:
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps);
- Device identifiers and technical information (device type, operating system, app version);
- Usage analytics and performance data;
- Cookies and similar technologies used to remember your preferences and improve our Services.
4. Information in our mobile apps and games
Some of our apps and games are free and include in-game advertisements. Unless we explicitly state otherwise inside a specific app:
- The app itself does not directly collect, store, or share personally identifiable information (such as your real name or email address) from players.
- However, the app may integrate third-party advertising and analytics services that collect limited data to show relevant ads, prevent fraud, and measure performance.
- Some apps and games may also offer optional in-app purchases, such as virtual currency packs, cosmetic items, feature unlocks, or ad removal.
This data may include non-personal or pseudonymous information such as:
- Device type and operating system;
- Language, country, and general location (for example, at a city or region level, not precise GPS);
- Ad performance and engagement data (views, clicks, installs);
- Advertising identifiers and other anonymous identifiers provided by the operating system (such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA) that you can reset in your device settings;
- Gameplay, crash, diagnostic, and analytics events used to understand feature usage and improve app stability;
- Limited purchase-related data made available by the platform, such as product identifiers, purchase status, transaction timestamps, storefront or region, and technical records needed to validate, restore, or prevent fraud related to purchases.
For example, a game may use analytics tools such as Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used and advertising tools such as Google AdMob to serve ads and measure campaign or ad performance.
5. Advertising and third-party services
To support our free apps and games, we may display ads provided by third-party ad networks and mediation platforms. We may also use third-party analytics, billing, fraud-prevention, and platform infrastructure services. These partners may collect and process data independently as controllers under their own privacy policies. We currently may use, among others:
- Google AdMob;
- Firebase Analytics and other Google Firebase services where enabled;
- Google Play Billing / Google Play platform services;
- Apple In-App Purchase / App Store platform services;
- AppLovin;
- Unity Ads;
- Meta Audience Network.
These providers may collect information such as your device type, advertising identifiers, approximate location, product identifiers, transaction state, and interaction with ads or app features in order to:
- Show ads, including contextual or interest-based ads where permitted;
- Limit the number of times you see the same ad;
- Measure ad and gameplay performance;
- Process, validate, restore, and secure purchases made through the relevant app store;
- Detect fraud, abuse, or misuse.
Payments for in-app purchases are processed by the relevant platform provider, such as Google Play or Apple, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Instead, we may receive limited transaction metadata needed to deliver purchased content, unlock features, restore eligible purchases, provide support, and maintain security.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these partners for more details on their data practices and choices they provide in relation to interest-based advertising, analytics, and billing.
6. App permissions
Depending on the platform (such as Android or iOS) and the specific app or game, our apps may request certain permissions on your device. Typical examples include:
- Internet and network access – to connect to game services, show ads, and update content;
- Network state / Wi-Fi state – to optimize downloads, ads, and connectivity;
- Storage or file access – to save game progress, settings, or cache data needed for performance;
- Notification permissions – to send optional in-app notifications (such as reminders or updates) where supported;
- Device identifiers – to receive push notification tokens and for analytics and fraud prevention.
We do not access any permission-based feature unless it is required for the app or game to function as described (for example, saving progress or loading ads). You can control or revoke permissions at any time from your device settings. If you disable certain permissions, some features of the app or game may not work correctly.
7. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver and operate our websites, apps, and games;
- Provide professional services and fulfill contracts with our clients;
- Personalize experiences and improve gameplay, stability, and performance;
- Deliver purchased virtual items, ad-free access, and other paid features, and restore them when supported;
- Monitor security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms;
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;
- Communicate with you, including responding to support requests and sending important service updates.
We process personal data only when we have a lawful basis to do so under applicable law (for example, your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests).
8. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:
- Trusted service providers that help us with hosting, analytics, communications, payments, security, and customer support;
- Advertising and measurement partners integrated in our apps and games, as described above;
- Platform providers and payment processors involved in app distribution and in-app purchases, such as Google Play and Apple;
- Professional advisors (such as lawyers or accountants) under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities or third parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
9. International transfers
Because TYMZH may serve users globally, information may be stored or processed in different countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections, encryption, and limited access) to help ensure that your data remains protected.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights such as:
- Accessing the personal data we hold about you;
- Requesting correction or deletion of your personal data;
- Restricting or objecting to certain processing;
- Requesting data portability;
- Withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in the “Contact” section below. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.
11. Data security
We employ layered technical and organizational measures such as encryption, secure development practices, limited access controls, monitoring, and employee training to safeguard data. While no system is completely secure, we continuously assess and improve our defenses to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
12. Children’s privacy
Our Services are generally intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age defined by applicable laws (for example, 13 or 16 years old). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data through one of our apps or sites, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it as soon as reasonably practicable.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new regulations, technologies, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Policy becomes effective means that you accept the changes.
